Corner Time- Dungeon Crawl

It's Dungeon Crawl time again! And my C post for the Spanking from A-Z Blog Challenge, and a Cover Reveal!

It's a menage a trois of things happening on my blog, so glad you stopped by!

C is for Corner Time and Cover Reveal. Here is my shiny new cover for Loving Lena the second book in the Ravenswood Manor series. I think it will be out next week, as I am still editing it and need to write a blurb.

In this scene Wesley and Lena have been arguing. He is punishing her for not taking care of herself, but she also yelled at him in the middle of the street. He has just spanked her and instead of seeming apologetic she is still combative, so Wesley decides to put her in the corner.

Her eyes widened when he took hold of her elbow. Although stinging, his palm itched again. He had the urge to bend her back over and spank her until her feet were dancing beneath her. He could also feel himself losing his temper and he did not want to really harm her.

He pulled her to the corner of the room, placing his hand on the back of her neck he pushed her to stand at the juncture of the two walls.

"I need a moment to calm down. You can stand here and think about why you are being punished."

She turned her head to look at him, surprise etching her features.

"Think about how there will not be a next time. If your own carelessness causes you to feel faint again you better hope I do not find out, because I will take the strap to you and ensure that you are not comfortable again for quite some time."

She blinked back at him, then turned to face the wall.

He released her and retreated to the other side of the room.

She slid a hand behind her, cupping one of her swollen cheeks.

"You will keep your hands in front of you," he snapped.

She quickly removed her hand, placing both on the walls in front of her.

He paced the room then, sat on the bed watching her in the corner. 

She shifted her weight from foot to foot as if she were trying to shake off his watchful gaze.
