I have to apologize for missing the last few Wednesdays. I feel like my weeks fly by so fast that I never realize I've missed Wip It Up until late in the evening! It's usually like, oh yeah, today IS Wednesday.

Catching Up and Catching My Breath!

Hello, my lovely blog readers. For reasons unknown to me I am having a very busy week. It seems every single day has been scheduled up to the minute. By the time my day is done and I have finished everything, I collapse on the couch at 10pm and will myself to keep my eyes open for one more hour so I can spend some time with Mr. McKay.

He's still awfully sweet and awesome to hang out with even if he is neglected at the moment. (Don't worry, I scheduled a full one hour block of time last night to eat dinner and watch Downton Abbey with him.)

Mastered~ Begin the Masters of Fetishes Series

The holidays are over. Are we all back to regular reading? I know I have had almost no time to write, let alone read in the last month.

For a limited time, I have Mastered on sale for 99 cents. So get it now if you have not read it! I've also finally named my series and am calling it a series.

I was reluctant to call these three books a series before because I thought I might scare off some readers who were just tuning in for books two or three. Each book is about new characters, but there is some mention of characters from other books. You don't have to read them in order or even read all three, which is why I never called it a series. But I think readers maybe like a series? It keeps getting called a series in my reviews.

Anyway, I am now writing the Masters of Fetishes series. Fetishes being the name of the BDSM club in my books. And I am working on book four, but you have time to catch up if you haven't even started.

I've bounced around and tried my hand in a few different genres (even though all my books have been spanking romances), I feel like I am really in a groove with this BDSM series and I can't believe I almost didn't write it.

I started book one, Mastered, almost two years ago. It was titled "Hailey and Tom" in my documents folder. It was just the opening scene and nothing else. And for a hot minute it was going to be a medical play book (it isn't) and I didn't think I knew how to write a menage (which it is).

I opened the document almost one year later, changed some things around and finished my neat little menage set around a BDSM club named Fetishes.

Except it wasn't over, the characters kept coming back. I wrote book two, Cherished about Hailey's best friend Serena who you meet momentarily in Mastered. Then book three sprouted up. Bound is about Melissa and Martin, the owner of Fetishes and his girlfriend, you met them both in Mastered and they are mentioned in Cherished.

Coming soon is book four. If you read the last book then you know Dani, the head of security at Fetishes. Book four is her book and I have a few tentative titles but nothing locked down yet. Now I just need to finish writing it because book five is already competing for attention.

I'm sure I'll have other books besides this series, but I just need time to write them. If anyone figures out how to get some more hours into the day, please let me know!

#MySexySaturday, My TWO Sexy Boyfriends

This is my first time joining My Sexy Saturday. When I saw the theme this week was "My Sexy Boyfriend", I thought, hmm, I have a few of those!

The rules are to share 7 words, sentences, or paragraphs about this week's theme. 

I have 7 paragraphs from my new release Mastered. Hailey's one off weekend with two sexy Doms seems to be evolving quickly. She may just end up with two sexy boyfriends. But Tom, Hailey, and Adam already know their relationship may not be everyone's ideal.

She sat across from him now at an outdoor table. She licked her ice cream cone and giggled as chocolate dripped down the side and onto her fingers. Switching the cone to her other hand she reached for a napkin but Tom caught her wrist and leaned his head down to lick the melted drips. 

Her giggle became gales of laughter as he slid his tongue between her fingers. She looked to the side, her face coloring before she pulled her hand back.

Tom let her go and followed her gaze. An older couple occupied the table beside them, they openly stared and whispered as Adam kept his arm draped over Hailey's shoulder. This felt natural to him: the three of them. He recognized that it was unconventional and probably something they would have to discuss if they had any chance of making it long term.

His chest ached. He needed this to be long term. They'd spent the day frolicking on the sand and playing games in the arcade. He and Adam impressed her with their skee ball skills. At least she had seemed impressed before she stopped holding back and trounced them.

Did he want to mar the day with a serious discussion?

"Are you going to tell us what was going on earlier?" Adam broke the silence.

"This has been the best day. The best weekend," she said, burrowing into the crook of Adam's arm, she reached her hand across the table, no longer aware of judgmental eyes. Tom took her hand. "Let's just have this. Right now."

Hailey needs money fast, and will do anything to get it. Even lie on her application to enter an auction at Fetishes, a BDSM club. 

One weekend.
